ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may slightly extend.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $7.99
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): $12.99
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with estimated delivery times:
- Canada & Mexico: 5-10 business days
- Europe & Australia: 7-14 business days
- Other Countries: 10-21 business days
Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
- If tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours, please allow additional time for carrier scanning.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.
- Some countries may have restrictions on jewelry imports—please check local regulations before ordering.
MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Delays: Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume.
